Elopement packages in Northern California

A different way to elope in Northern California

Eloping isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing what actually matters more
These Northern California elopement packages are built for couples who want their wedding day to feel joyful, intentional, and unrushed—set in nature, guided with care, and free from the pressure to perform.
Whether you’re exchanging vows on a foggy coastline, deep in the redwoods, or at San Francisco City Hall, this is about creating an experience that feels like you—and preserving it in a way that brings you right back to how it felt.

Elopements are meant to be freeing, not overwhelming

and that instinct is right
Elopements offer space to breathe — less pressure, fewer opinions, and more room to focus on each other.
Elopements don’t come with a built-in roadmap—especially when you’re planning from afar.
When you’re traveling to Northern California, navigating unfamiliar landscapes, or standing in front of a camera for the first time, it’s easy to wonder:
Le Moment Capturer

That’s where thoughtful guidance makes the difference

You don’t have to figure this out alone
You don’t need a planner’s clipboard to elope
You need someone who understands how elopements actually work—especially in the great outdoors of Northern California—and knows how to create enough structure for the day to feel easy from the inside.
And that’s where I come in.
I keep things moving, grounded, and genuinely fun — so you don’t have to manage anything but each other.

Well, hi, nice to meet you! I’m Charlotte!

Your guide to an elopement that feels easy, joyful, and very you
When you elope, fun gets to come first.

You get to prioritize your happiness, your pace, and the things that already feel like you. As a California local, I help couples navigate Northern California with confidence—from choosing meaningful locations, to connecting you with trusted local vendors, to mapping out a day that flows naturally instead of feeling overplanned. I also have a background in tourism management, which means I’m very good at turning ideas into experiences that make sense both on paper and in real life.

You don’t need a rigid script.
You need enough structure to feel supported—and enough freedom to be fully yourselves.
You show up, be present, and enjoy the happy you chose — I’ll handle the rest (and probably cheer you on while doing it).

How eloping with intention works?

Start with how you want the day to feel

Not a checklist—just clarity around the experience you want to have together.

Choose a package that supports that vision

Photography, videography, or both—digital, film, or a blend—shaped around your pace and priorities.

Show up and enjoy the day you chose

The moments unfold naturally, without rushing or second-guessing, while everything meaningful is thoughtfully preserved.

What your elopement in Northern California can look like

A relaxed, intentional experience with room to breathe
One of the most meaningful things you can give yourselves on your elopement day is time. Not to cram in a rigid schedule—but to slow down and create space for experiences that feel natural, joyful, and true to the life you’re building together. This is where the laughter sneaks in, nerves fade out, and the day starts to feel very real — in the best way.
Getting ready & first look
11am – 1pm
The day begins gently. You take your time getting ready, soaking in the quiet, writing vows, and easing into the experience together. A first look becomes a moment—not a rush—setting the tone for everything that follows.
A slow pause & shared meal
1pm – 3pm
Whether it’s a picnic, a café stop, or something simple you love, this is time to refuel and just be together. You talk. You laugh. You finish vow notes. No pressing timelines—just space to settle into the day.
Exploration & adventure
3pm – 6pm
This is where the day opens up. A scenic walk, a gentle hike, a drive between landscapes – redwoods, coastline, mountains, or somewhere in between. You explore at your own pace, letting the environment guide the experience instead of a clock.
Sunset vows & portraits
6pm – 8pm
As the light softens, you arrive at the heart of the day. Your vows. Your ceremony. The moment everything has been quietly building toward. No rushing to beat the sun. No pressure to hurry emotions along. Just presence—and the kind of memories that stay with you.

“Bad weather” and “inclement weather” are different things! Unless it is dangerous, life-threatening weather, I am not able to reschedule elopement days. If it is a huge concern, you can always reschedule but you’ll forfeit your date retainer and need to retain the new date.
